Giovanna is a multidisciplinary creative and content strategist, raised in Los Angeles and based in Brooklyn.
She graduated from Parsons School of Design with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism + Design, and a minor in Fashion Communications. A trained writer with a unique lens on culture and gender politics in the streetwear industry, Giovanna’s words have been published in Hypebeast, Input, and CR Fashion Book. She also launched her own independent feminist streetwear zine, ARIES, which releases in print alongside a digital newsletter.Giovanna’s non-editorial work translates her storytelling capabilities across social media and content management, copywriting, and partnership strategy. She has conceptualized the brand identity for indie fashion labels alongside global hospitality brands, owned the end-to-end execution of large-scale influencer campaigns, and fostered a community of independent creatives through grassroots social strategy.
